Legal staffing and managed workforce for US law firms

The most qualified paralegal you will ever hire has a law degree.

We place professionals with full law degrees, educated in the same common-law tradition your attorneys trained in, with US firms. Under your attorneys' supervision they do everything you wish you could hand to an associate: research, drafting, case prep, client follow-up. They work your firm's business hours. And the all-in cost is a fraction of a comparable US hire, because we carry the office, hardware, IT, HR and payroll behind them.

The operating problem

Offshore legal staffing only works when the operation is real.

The person matters, but so does everything behind the person: screening, office setup, equipment, local employment, payroll, IT, confidentiality, and replacement support when a role changes.

Legal education first

We focus on law graduates and legal professionals who can follow structure, work through research, and draft in a format your attorneys can review.

Managed locally

Employment is handled through our in-country operations center in Pakistan, with the operational support that a US law firm should not have to build alone.

Your attorneys stay in control

Placed professionals support the firm. They do not practice US law independently, and your attorneys remain responsible for supervision and final judgment.

The talent

Educated like a lawyer. Deployed like your best paralegal.

The right remote hire can take skilled hours off the attorneys' desks without taking judgment away from the attorneys. That is the line this service is built around.

  • Research support: case law, statutory review, summaries, and issue memos.
  • Drafting support: pleadings, correspondence, discovery support, and structured document work.
  • Case support: file organization, client follow-up, intake support, and documentation.
  • Firm alignment: communication cadence, working hours, and onboarding shaped around your office.

How it works

A narrow brief, a screened shortlist, then a supported first working day.

01

Define the role

We document the practice area, workload, hours, tools, supervision style, and writing expectations.

02

Screen candidates

Candidates move through credential, writing, communication, background, and fit checks before a shortlist.

03

You interview

Your firm reviews the finalists, interviews the people who match, and makes the hiring decision.

04

We run the setup

We handle local employment, onboarding support, workstation coordination, payroll, HR, and ongoing operations.

Common questions

The things law firms ask first.

Can offshore staff work on US legal matters?

They work in a support capacity under your firm's supervision and professional responsibility, the same way any non-admitted staff member does. Research, drafting, case support, documentation and intake, directed and reviewed by your attorneys. They do not practice US law independently, and your firm remains responsible for compliance with the licensing rules of its jurisdiction.

What about confidentiality and client data?

Every placed professional signs confidentiality and non-disclosure undertakings that survive the end of their employment, and we enforce them. Your firm controls what systems and data are accessible, and your security requirements are applied locally.

What happens if the hire is not a fit?

Probation exists for exactly this. If it is not working, we manage the offboarding and support a replacement search against the same brief.
